Ajax solved my problem of giant tree roaches getting into my home. Without spraying my home with poison, they managed to stop the one a day incursion of these disgusting things, to ZERO!...NONE!...NADA! Robert is the best, and great to work with.

Found this service through a google search. They rescheduled twice before finally coming out, almost 2 weeks after I first contacted. We have paid well over $300 and have seen little to no results. When I first reached out to this company I was still trying to find a quality service at a decent price and the employee told me "cheap work isn't good work" but we have certainly paid a high price for poor work. Would NOT recommend. The traps they use for rodents are cliché wood snap traps with peanut butter as a lure. The initial visit was $185 and each subsequent visit has been $85. We had better luck putting out store bought poison.

When I found Ajax (I forgot how), I’ve stuck with them since. Robert is a really nice guy, and he’s very competent. He explains everything to me in detail if I ask. He can tailor recommendations. I’ve lived in a couple of infested places, and he’s managed to really clear them up. Maybe he’s too good? Sometimes I forget to schedule my quarterly visit but then 6 months or more go by without a roach! Can you blame me for forgetting?

I used Robert with Ajax Exterminating this week and he is amazing! I called him Sunday night very concerned because I saw some ants and he went out of his way to come to my house Monday afternoon. He did a thorough check for all pests and rodents and treated my house to prevent any further issues and upon my request, even used a more "green" method to avoid use of hazardous chemicals. His rates are affordable and well worth every penny! He is very reliable, honest, and thorough and I will certainly be referring him to others in need of an exterminator.

Robert was polite, professional and asked me lots of questions. He inspected my home for any openings and he did not find any evidence that I had rats in my attic. I was still worry so he put a plate of mix seeds (sunflower & pumpkin seeds) that I had up in the attic for me so that I could see if any are eaten. He recommended that I check with a qualify roofer to pest proof my roof against squirrels. Because, you can hear the squirrels on the top of the roof trying to get in the attic.

I called Ajax Exterminating when I was unable to figure out where the loud bird sounds were coming from at my house. Robert thoroughly inspected the entire home and determined that the birds are not nesting on the premises. He was polite, professional, and patient. He said the birds could be in my neighbors' vents. At any rate, I was relieved, and I offered to pay Robert for his time, but he declined.
